About the function
As an Engineer in Naval Architecture based in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating existing weight data using engineering models, drawings, and supplier documentation. You will ensure the accuracy of approximately 4,000 lightship weight items, working closely with the project engineer to maintain reliable weight control throughout the project. On a typical day, you'll analyze and report anomalies, inconsistencies, and missing items in weight and Center of Gravity data. Collaborating with various engineering disciplines, you will ensure data consistency and use your expertise in CADmatic, NX, and AutoCAD to interpret and verify detailed technical drawings. What we need
