What we need
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in steel constructions
- Proficient in reading technical drawings
- Experience with MIG/MAG tack welding
- Attention to detail and quality
- Positive work ethic and team spirit
- Ability to work independently with flexibility
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German
- VCA or SCC Safety Certification
