What we need
Completed HBO degree in mechanical engineering or shipbuilding Extensive experience in (yacht or) shipbuilding and mechanical engineering Leadership qualities and experience in managing technical teams Good knowledge of materials, products, and 3D design programs (Cadmatic, AutoCAD) Pragmatic attitude with a sense of responsibility, creativity, and energy Cost-conscious and solution-oriented Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
