Over de functie
For one of our clients in the maritime industry, we are looking for a Electrician who is going to work at various shipyards in northern Netherlands. The Marine & Offshore business unit of our client provides electrical services and systems for marine and offshore applications. Complete installations are custom-designed, manufactured, and installed in projects worldwide. As a metalworker, you independently handle the metalwork for electrical installations on board ships according to drawings.
What do we expect from you?
- Working independently or as part of a team at project sites, assembling and converting a variety of electrical installations and instrumentation for projects within the industry;
- Perform maintenance and overhaul work;
- Using your knowledge of assembly methods and execution, measurement and control techniques (instrumentation) and reading technical drawings;
- Working according to quality, health and safety, environmental guidelines and regulations.

Wat wij vragen
- Completed electrotechnical MBO education at level 4 or you are willing to achieve this through training;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the maritime sector;
- Proactive, communicatively strong and a customer-oriented attitude;
- Independent worker, but you can also work well in a team;
- Good command of the Dutch language (command of the English language is an advantage);
- Working safely and healthily is a matter of course;
- Willingness to travel.
Wat wij bieden
- A salary according to the hirer's remuneration of the Dutch client of converted minimum €18.00 net per hour all-in.
