Over de functie
Our client manufactures extremely luxurious ocean-going motor yachts under their own brand name. Each yacht is designed and built completely in accordance with the wishes of her future owner. Characteristic of yacht is absolute perfection down to the smallest details. This can only be achieved with the most excellent craftsmen.
As an Electrical Engineer you will be part of the team of commissioning engineers. In the final phase of the yacht's construction, this team forms the 'spider in the web' and ties up the final touches. Together with your colleagues you make sure that all installations on board work and check if these installations function as agreed. Together with one of the commissioning engineers you will work on various systems on board a luxury yacht. Your task is to assist in connecting and starting up technical installations and to solve malfunctions on the spot. Do you like variety in your work? No day is the same in luxury yacht building. In the morning you don't know yet what you have solved in the afternoon.
Over het bedrijf
At our client luxury motor yachts are completed with maximum length of 120 meters. In addition to new construction, they also carry out refits of luxury yachts. Building luxury motor yachts and carrying out refits for individual clients requires creativity and flexibility and calls for special craftsmanship to realize the most diverse wishes of clients. Together with some 280 colleagues, everyone in the shipyard passionately devotes themselves daily to delivering the highest attainable level of quality.
Wat wij vragen
- A completed vocational training in electrical engineering or Mechatronics
- You can read drawings and make adjustments.
- Communicative skills, you can easily communicate with colleagues and subcontractors.

- Salaris en toeslagen volgens cao Metalektro.
- 38 vrije dagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband (25 vakantiedagen plus 13 ATV).
